What You’ll Do
Be part of our client’s team as a UI Claims Administrator, supporting the processing of unemployment claims, decisions, and hearings. You’ll help implement HR initiatives, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records, all while contributing to an employee-focused, high-performance culture and advancing your expertise in global HR operations.

Your Credentials
Education
- High school diploma required
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Skills & Experience
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
- Experience with Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in a fast, multi-tasking environment a plus
- Knowledge of unemployment claims a plus
- Experience working with dated materials and meeting deadlines
- Experience in a goal-driven environment preferred

Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties
- Establish partnerships and rapport with clients to support unemployment processing needs
- Determine and process unemployment data using CaseBuilder (SIDES) and Prism (CRM) technologies
- Receive and process incoming claims and determinations hearings; build Prism cases within 24 hours of notification
- Document all case activity in CaseBuilder and ClientSpace programs
- Provide timely and detailed responses to all assigned claims and state separation notices
- Analyze and organize new and pending unemployment claims, determinations, and hearing notices; post information to create cases in the CRM system
- Ensure accuracy of claimant and employer paperwork and records
- Respond to mandatory state separation notices (e.g., Louisiana online form LC77) using termination information from the G&A system
- Review and respond to specific state requests for UI claim information using client-provided termination and separation data
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships with managers and employees
- Utilize ClientSpace per department guidelines
- Check the UI Queue as assigned and delegate cases prior to departure
- Record proper separation/disposition codes efficiently
- Provide current and accurate separation information to applicable State Agencies
Other Duties
- Attend departmental and company meetings as required
- Perform other administrative duties within the scope of UI claims as directed by the UI Manager
- Coordinate with state agencies, including returning state calls and responding to other requests as needed
